If an item purchased from Calvin’s needs repair, please call 1-866-794-1911 to speak with one of our jewelry professionals. A member of our team will issue a Repair Authorization (RA) Number that must be written on the outside of the package under our address as shown (packages without an RA# will be refused):

Please ship your package with appropriate insurance by a carrier of your choice. Take care when packaging the item and use tissue or bubble wrap to secure the item its box. Please include the following information on a separate sheet of paper with the item to be repaired:

*Phone number(s) and e-mail address
*Approximate purchase date and original purchaser’s name
*Description of necessary repair work
