Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with any in-stock* item you purchase, simply call 1-866-794-1911 and request an RA# (Return Authorization Number). Your item(s) must be received by our staff within 10 days of the original shipment date to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. The RA# must be present on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. Items must be in their original condition and include sales receipt along with any original documentation such as appraisals and diamond certificates. Any missing material is subject to applicable charges. Send packages with content value over $500 from the United States Post Office –registered insured. Packages under $500 may be sent via any carrier. Please provide correct insurance for your package. We are not responsible for lost packages being returned. Insure the package to cover the purchase price of the item being returned. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable on the return of loose diamonds.

Sorry, Calvin’s does not accept returns or exchanges on special orders* or items that have been altered in any way.

*In-Stock items are ready to ship items and make up the majority of what you see in our online inventory (some of which are on memorandum from our vendors) that are ready for immediate purchase and delivery. Items are sent in their original form without adjustments.
