Do you make custom engagement rings?
CALVIN'S is renowned for crafting beautiful custom engagement rings! Visit us in-store or book an appointment to start creating your custom dream ring.

Can I return a custom ring
Unfortunately, custom-designed rings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How long does the custom process take?
As every ring is handmade, it may require up to 6 weeks-8 weeks for your ring to be completed.

How does the custom process work?
We make designing the perfect ring easy! When you book an hour long consultation, our experts will guide you through the custom process. We help you find or design a setting and choose a diamond or gem to perfectly fit your desires. Then we will create CAD renderings of your ring and make adjustments with your until the design is just right. Once designs have been finalized and approved, we'll source materials and begin crafting your engagement ring. In just a few short weeks, your custom dream ring will be ready for you to receive and enjoy!

Should I choose fully Custom or Iconic?
CALVIN'S puts the power of custom in your hands. Our Iconic Collection makes finding a timeless ring pain-free and fast. Full custom pieces will take longer to process, due to the open communication and tweaking between you and your sales associate.

Are your designer collections available online?
Designer collections are currently only available in-store.

Am I able to get a different chain length?
We are happy to adjust your chain or help you select a new chain.

My bracelet is too loose/tight. Can you adjust it?
Yes, we are able to adjust bracelet lengths. Please be aware that lengthening a bracelet or chain by adding metal/ stones may incur additional costs.

I'm missing an accent diamond on my wedding band. Can you replace it?
Yes, we can replace accent diamonds on any item. Please be aware that depending on the size of the diamond and the condition of the piece, there may be a small charge. To help ensure your diamonds are secure, we recommend you bring your rings in every 3-6 months for complimentary prong checks and tightening.

I lost the center stone of my engagement ring. Is it covered by CALVIN'S Warranty?
Our warranty does not include the replacement of a center stone, or any stone larger than small accent diamonds. We recommend you carry insurance for your jewelry, either on a separate jewelry policy or as a rider to your homeowner's or renter's insurance.

One of my stones feels loose. Is wiggling normal?
Please bring in your jewelry so we can check and tighten the prongs around the stone. We recommend you do not wear your jewelry until prongs are tightened to ensure the stone does not fall out or become lost. If you hear any noise from your piece, it is time to bring it in for a check-up.

Are there any conditions that would void my warranty?
Excessive wear and tear, scratches, discoloration due to contact with chemicals such as bleach or chlorine, warped bands and/or shanks, or lost rings are not covered by CALVIN'S Warranty. Please note that work on your CALVIN'S jewelry by a third-party or outside jeweler will void this warranty. Additionally, jewelry exposed to harmful conditions such as abuse, neglect or improper handling are also not warrantable.

Do you finance?
Yes, CALVIN'S offers financing options with approved credit through Wells Fargo.

How long does it take to receive my order?
When an item is in stock, we can usually ship your item within one to two business days.
For custom or special order pieces, wait times may be 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Do you gift wrap?
Absolutely! Gift wrapping is available upon request.

Will my package be left at my front door upon delivery?
Our carrier service will never leave your order on the doorstep! To ensure it arrives safely, someone must be available to sign for your package. If you require special accommodations such as delayed delivery, please contact us via email, hello@calvinsjewelry.com, or by phone, (512) 794-1911.

I need my ring sized. Can you resize it?
Yes, we can resize most rings and bands! However, some bands, such as eternity-style bands, with diamonds set fully around the shank, may need to be sent to the original designer to be worked on. In this case, there may be a higher charge for resizing.

I don't know my ring size!
We make it easy to find your size at home! Print a CALVIN'S Ring Sizer Printable to measure at home.

I already have a diamond or stone. Can you set it for me?
Yes, we are happy to set your diamond for you! Some limitations or exclusions may apply.
