As an extra service to our clients, we provide complimentary cleaning, polishing, and inspection of all fine jewelry purchased from our Austin jewelry store. Occasionally, jewelry is sent to the original designer for special alterations, setting or repairs. We will individually determine the best way to handle each customer’s repair needs at the time of service. If a repair, sizing or setting will require a service fee, it will be thoroughly explained before the work is done.
