Shipping policy

Carrier Information

For your protection, CALVIN’S insures and registers all items for their full value during shipping through UPS. We require all deliveries to be made to a physical address, such as a business or home address. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Once shipped, we will provide you with tracking information to the email provided at checkout. Your order will usually arrive within two business days, or overnight for an additional fee. CALVIN’S courier requires an adult to sign for delivery of all orders. Please have someone 18 years of age or older to sign for your delivery.

Custom Engagement Rings & Jewelry

Due to the nature of custom-made items, please expect a minimum of 2-8 weeks for material sourcing, creation and delivery. In most cases, rings and jewelry can be made in under 2-3 weeks, but certain designs including ladies & mens wedding bands may require more time & additional craftsmanship to complete. Once your piece is created and inspected, we will notify you via email and/or with a phone call and prepare your item for shipping. You'll receive tracking information so you can follow your custom piece's journey on its way home to you! We ship all orders with 2-Day Shipping via UPS so you're guaranteed a fast, safe and fully-insured delivery process.

CALVIN'S Iconic engagement rings is that they are elegant and timely with have a quick turn-around time! In most cases, Iconic Collection rings are crafted, set and shipped in 10-14 days. Get ready to propose because your ring will be there faster than you think!

Designer Collections

Designer engagement rings and fine jewelry have variable shipping availability. Depending upon a designer's individual fulfillment ability, and due to COVID-19 related delays, please anticipate up to 8 weeks for shipping on designer or custom designer items.

Fine Jewelry

Fine jewelry items usually ship and arrive within 7-10 days.

Packaging

Your jewelry ships in discreet packaging in kraft-style cardboard or UPS labeled exterior. Inside your shipment box, you will receive CALVIN'S exclusive packaging and your jewelry tucked safely inside beautiful, aubergine gift boxes!
