CALVIN'S Fine Jewelry is a family-owned store that opened on Far West Boulevard in Austin in 1997. Our rings are made at our own bench, and the staff who guide you through a purchase hold GIA certifications.

Down I-35 from Bell County
The showroom is at 3818 Far West Boulevard, Suite 102, Austin, TX 78731. It's about 56 miles from Belton, 63 from downtown Temple and about 62 from Killeen by way of SH 195. Allow roughly an hour and a quarter from Belton and an hour and a half from Temple or Killeen, more when I-35 is backed up.

Working to a Deadline? Tell Us the Date
Killeen sits right beside Fort Hood, home of III Armored Corps and the 1st Cavalry Division, so a lot of couples here plan around orders, moves and deployments. If you need a ring by a certain day, tell us when you book and we'll be straight with you about what's possible. Ready-made Iconic Collection settings move faster than a fully custom design, which takes six to eight weeks after you approve the CAD model.
A first consultation takes about an hour. We'll compare real diamonds with you, narrow down the shape and metal, and agree on a budget. You can browse engagement rings and our custom gallery beforehand.
Natural or Lab Grown, Side by Side
We keep both natural diamonds and lab grown diamonds on hand. Lab grown makes a bigger stone affordable; natural is rarer and keeps more of its value. Our GIA-certified staff will put both in front of you under the same light and explain each grading report.
Weddings, Wildflowers and Wedding Bands
Temple was named the Wildflower Capital of Texas by the Legislature, and spring in Bell County is a popular time for weddings, from Venue 1925 in downtown Belton to the lakeshores at Belton Lake and Stillhouse Hollow. Order bands about a month before the date. We carry plain gold, diamond and eternity women's bands, plus curved bands made to fit against an engagement ring, and men's bands in gold, two-tone, textured finishes and tantalum.

Call ahead to book. Our bench jeweler also sizes rings, repairs prongs, replaces accent diamonds and polishes jewelry from any store.

Directions from Temple, Belton and Killeen
From Temple or Belton, take I-35 south to Round Rock and exit onto SH 45 Toll west near La Frontera. SH 45 meets MoPac (Loop 1); take MoPac south to the Far West Boulevard exit. Tolls apply on SH 45 and on MoPac between SH 45 and Parmer Lane. From Killeen, take SH 195 southeast through Florence to I-35 at Georgetown, then follow the same route.
Prefer no tolls? Keep going south on I-35 to US-183 north (Research Boulevard), then MoPac south; it adds a few miles. Either way, parking outside Suite 102 is free. Directions from Temple, Belton or Killeen are a tap away, and our location page has the details.
